Booth’s Logistics in Palmerston North is nestled in the heart of the Manawatu, providing a hub for excellent, on time service, that can reach anywhere in New Zealand. As our founding branch, this is where you can find our support office.

We have the capability for curtainside (LCL & FTL), Flatdeck, HIAB, and Container transport, as well as over 11,500 m2 of 3PL warehousing space.

We are an ATF facility as well as RCS approved. Our other specialties include, devanning, crate wash, loscam, and fleet coordination.

Ryan brings with him over 25-years of leadership experience across a range of industries, with a proven track record in building high-performing teams, delivering operational excellence, and achieving strong business results. Most recently, Ryan was the Retail Business Manager for Bridgestone New Zealand.

Ryan is known for his strategic, people focused leadership style and thrives on motivating teams to perform at their best. He has an ability to spot opportunities for growth like no other, delivering results in challenging markets, and building strong customer relationships. It is these qualities that make Ryan an ideal fit for Booth’s Logistics.

Katy Aldcroft
Business Development Representative - Lower North Island

Katy didn’t come into logistics through the traditional sales route. With a background in people, performance and leadership across the transport sector and wider business environments, she joined Booth’s during a period of significant growth, stepping into the GM – People and Capability role and working closely with the leadership team across the network.

Seeing the business from the inside – the people, the customers and the operations – quickly drew Katy into the freight game and the challenge of keeping businesses and
supply chains connected.

Through supporting projects to strengthen Booth’s operating model and working alongside teams across the network, she built a strong understanding of how the
business operates in practice.

Today in Business Development, Katy brings that inside knowledge of the Booth’s network together with a strong focus on people and partnerships, working alongside customers to understand their logistics needs and connect them with the right people and capabilities across the Booth’s network to support their operations.

Pheonix O’Loughlin
Business Development Representative - Lower North Island

Pheonix has been with Booth’s Logistics since 2020, starting as a truck washer after school and on weekends. Pheonix has steadily worked his way through a range of roles, learning every aspect of the business.

During his time at Booth’s, he has gained experience in truck loading on both day and night shifts, truck driving, and warehousing, while also completing the Booth’s Cadetship programme. Most recently, he managed the linehaul division before transitioning into a sales role to broaden his knowledge of the business and continue developing his career.

Pheonix values the opportunities Booth’s has provided and enjoys being part of a team with a strong culture and supportive people. Having only ever worked at Booth’s, the Booth’s way is all he knows, Can Do, Will Do.

John Marshall
Business Development Manager - Warehousing

We are pleased to introduce John Marshall as our Warehousing Business Development Manager. John brings a wealth of experience and knowledge of the logistics sector to the Booth’s sales team.

He has specialised in business development in domestic and international forwarding and supply chain for three decades and seen many changes in the competitive landscape over this period.

John is thrilled to work at Booth’s as the ‘up and coming’ domestic forwarder and logistics service provider in the market. He says “it is great to be part of the history that Booth’s are creating in the industry.
