Anthony Taljaard
Branch Manager - Rotorua

Anthony is an experienced road transport professional with over 20 years in transport and logistics, having worked his way through the ranks from dispatcher and supervisor to management roles across multiple logistics industries. He holds a National Diploma in Road Transport Management, completed over three years at university in South Africa, and brings both formal training and deep hands-on experience to his leadership approach.

Based in Taupō, Anthony currently oversees operations for both the Taupō and Rotorua branches. His greatest professional achievements include successfully managing two major transport contracts while maintaining operational efficiency, safety, and strong people performance. where he was responsible for managing large-scale transport contracts and leading teams of up to 120 employees.

Known for his honest, fair, and people-focused management style, Anthony is passionate about road transport and strongly committed to helping others achieve their personal and professional goals. Outside of work, he enjoys golf and fishing, valuing balance and time outdoors.

Arnya Spratt
Regional Sales Manager - Lower North Island

We are thrilled to have Arnya Spratt as part of the Booth’s team as our Regional Sales Manager across the Lower North Island.

Arnya joined us with a strong background in fleet and commercial finance, having spent 18 years in business development and relationship management roles. Previously, as a Business Development Manager at Custom Fleet – covering a wide territory from Taupō to the bottom of the South Island. During this time, and previously at Scania Finance, Arnya worked closely with the Booth’s team, supporting fleet optimisation and large-scale commercial finance transactions.

Arnya brings a wealth of experience and deep industry knowledge to her new role. With a proven ability to build trust and rapport quickly, she’s well-positioned to strengthen relationships with our existing customers while identifying and pursuing new opportunities across the region.

Based in Palmerston North, Arnya will work closely with our Palmerston North and New Plymouth branches, helping grow our network and deliver real value to our customers. We’re excited to have her on board and look forward to seeing the positive impact she will make.
